Terms of Service

LineIQ provides online tools for analyzing packaging and production line performance, including availability, bottleneck, accumulator, and return-on-investment estimates. Features vary by plan, as described on the pricing page.

LineIQ produces estimates based on the figures you enter and the assumptions of our model. Real-world results depend on many factors we cannot see. Results are for planning and discussion only and are not engineering, financial, or purchasing advice. You are responsible for validating any decision you make using LineIQ, including equipment purchases.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Paid seats are for one named person each and may not be shared.

You own the line data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout, through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights using LineIQ
• Attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service
• Scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service or its calculation methodology
• Upload malicious code or content

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

LineIQ, its software, design, and calculation methodology (patent pending) belong to us. Reports you generate are yours to use and share for your business.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LineIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will update the date above and notify account holders. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions? Reach us through the contact page.
